ALERT!

The voting rights of Columbia County voters are under attack by the Republican Party.
The outcome of their court challenge to absentee ballots in the Town of Taghkanic will have state-wide implications. The overwhelming number of challenges have been to residents who have another residence, although NYS courts have previously affirmed the rights of people with dual-residence to vote at the residence of their choice.
